Connection Refused

If you get a "connection refused" error:

  • Verify your proxy host and port are correct
  • Check that your sub-user credentials are correct
  • Ensure your sub-user is not suspended (check traffic limits)

Timeouts

If requests are timing out:

  • Try a different location — some regions may have slower connections
  • Increase your timeout setting (recommended: 30 seconds)
  • Check if the target website is blocking the IP

Authentication Errors

Double-check your username and password. Proxy credentials are case-sensitive.
